Warranty Policies

WARRANTY

We are committed to enhancing your total value proposition and providing the lowest total cost of ownership through a strong warranty that will cover all your products for the duration of the agreement. Our standard warranty is outlined below. All service requests and repairs will be performed by certified/trained technicians.

Our Quality Promise

The standard warranty includes labor for the duration of each coverage period as listed in the tables below, up to a maximum of 3 years.

CARDIO

PERFORMANCE SERIES — ENDURANCE SERIES

Standard Warranty

  • Frame: 7 Years

  • Drive Motor (Treadmills): Lifetime

  • Parts: 3 Years

  • Wear Items: 90 Days

* The frame is defined as the welded metal base of the unit and does not include removable parts or coverings. All coverings are covered for one year.
** Wear items include headphone jack, USB port, batteries, straps.
*** Electronics include the console, generator, console cables, battery.

GROUP TRAINING

INDOOR CYCLE PERFORMANCE / INDOOR CYCLE ENDURANCE / ROWER / SKIERG

Standard Warranty

  • Frame: 7 Years

  • Electronics: 1 Year

  • Parts: 1 Year

  • Wear Items: 90 Days
    (Rope, seat, foot support: 90 days; Other wear items: 90 days)

GROUP TRAINING – AIR RUNNER

  • Frame: 7 Years

  • Electronics: 1 Year

  • Parts: 1 Year

  • Wear Items: 90 Days

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

The exclusive remedy for any warranty described above shall be the repair or replacement of defective parts, or the provision of labor to correct any defect, in accordance with the terms of the commercial warranty. All labor will be provided by a local technician certified by REVENGE Fitness.

The product must be located within the service area of this provider. Labor will not be covered for products located outside the service area.

We take pride in supporting our customers throughout the entire lifespan of their REVENGE products. The following method may be used to contact our technical support team to report an issue and request service:

Customer service hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday.

WARRANTY (CONT.)

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

  1. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.

  2. Under no circumstances shall REVENGE FITNESS be liable, under this warranty or otherwise, for any injury or property damage of any kind, or for any special, indirect, incidental, secondary, or consequential losses, damages, or expenses related to the exercise products.

  3. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame, motor, electronic component, or part. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of REVENGE FITNESS and is the exclusive warranty remedy.

  4. Do not use the equipment in a non–climate-controlled environment, including but not limited to garages, porches, billiard rooms, saunas, bathrooms, carports, or outdoors. Failure to comply may void the warranty.

  5. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear—including but not limited to: USB port, cuts in upholstery, external damage not caused by a manufacturing defect, improper assembly or maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the REVENGE FITNESS product.

  6. This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from accident, abuse, corrosion, fading of paint or plastic, negligence, theft, vandalism, fire, water, wind, lightning, freezing, or other natural disasters; power reduction, fluctuation, or failure; unusual atmospheric conditions; collision; introduction of foreign objects into the unit; or unauthorized or non-recommended modifications.

  7. This warranty does not cover damage or corrosion caused by failure to follow recommended cleaning guidelines, including the use of unapproved cleaners, chemicals, or solutions.

  8. Refurbished parts supplied by REVENGE FITNESS or its vendors may be provided as warranty replacements and constitute full compliance with warranty terms. Any replacement part is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

  9. The warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure due to electrical wiring that does not meet code requirements or does not comply with REVENGE FITNESS owner’s manual specifications.

  10. Treadmill decks will NOT be replaced unless both sides are worn. Deck and belt replacement is limited to one per treadmill.
    Note: Historically, one deck surface and belt will last approximately 4 years in a high-usage facility.

This warranty does NOT apply to:

  1. Failure to perform reasonable and necessary maintenance as described in the owner’s manual.

  2. Software limitations or updates.

  3. Batteries or other consumables.

  4. Cosmetic items.

  5. Repairs performed on equipment with missing, altered, or removed serial number labels.

  6. Service calls to correct installation or provide instruction on equipment use.

  7. Removal, delivery, or transportation charges related to repairs.

  8. Any labor charges incurred beyond the applicable labor warranty period.

REVENGE FITNESS expressly disclaims any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and your rights may vary from state to state.

 

 

Reservation of Rights – Modifications to Terms

REVENGE FITNESS reserves the right to modify, update, adjust, or revise at any time and without prior notice the terms, conditions, warranty limits, procedures, exclusions, obligations, and any other information contained in this document.
Such modifications may be made unilaterally, without any recourse available to the user and without any obligation of notification, and shall not create any liability for REVENGE FITNESS.
It is the responsibility of the owner and/or user to remain informed of the most recent version of these terms.
