Equipment Maintenance Policy

Official Preventive Maintenance Recommendations

Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the longevity, safety, and smooth operation of your equipment. It is the owner’s responsibility to perform—or have performed at their own expense—this preventive maintenance in accordance with recognized standards within the commercial fitness industry. The integrity and safety of each machine fall entirely under the owner’s responsibility, who must ensure that all equipment remains in proper working condition.

Weekly and monthly maintenance tasks are designed to be easily carried out by the owner or their staff, although we strongly recommend that they be performed by a certified technician to ensure optimal performance and prevent premature wear.

Quarterly maintenance, however, must absolutely be performed by a certified technician or by an employee who has received factory training provided by our team, due to the more technical and critical nature of the inspections required.

Please note that failure to follow the maintenance program may result in:

  • Refusal of warranty service if the equipment has not been maintained according to the required standards;

  • Accelerated wear or mechanical failure;

  • Direct owner liability in the event of an accident, injury, or damage caused by an unsecured or improperly maintained machine.

These maintenance actions must be rigorously followed to maintain proper equipment operation and ensure optimal durability and safety.

Important Notes

  • Lack of maintenance may cause premature wear, reduced performance, or major failures not covered under warranty.

  • We strongly recommend the use of a preventive maintenance schedule.

  • Revenge Fitness can assist you in implementing a personalized maintenance program as well as preventive maintenance visits.

Approved Lubricants

  • Anti-vibration, medium strength, removable.

  • Suitable for parts that may need to be removed for replacement.

LOCTITE 263 (Red)

  • High strength, permanent fastening.

  • Use only on components that will not require future disassembly.
