The Plate Loaded Shoulder Press provides 8 height adjustments for the seat to accommodate many different body types and allow for a wide variety of set ups. Like all of our equipment, it is equipped with Smart Strength Technology, giving the user the ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement.
