The Evolution Arm Curl provides an easy set up, multiple seat height adjustments and the axis of rotation mark to assist with proper set up. Like all Prime Selectorized Equipment, it is equipped with Smart Strength Technology, giving the user the ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement.
